Emeril Lagasse Teams-Up With POTM

Talk about stacking the deck in favor of success. If good food and good music make the party, this fundraiser for the Episcopal Collegiate School in Little Rock was a sure winner. The renowned chef and the band joined forces in the beautifully restored Capital Hotel to cook up a fabulous
evening's fun. We don't know if Emeril got to hear the band, but a dessert platter managed to find its way into the green room. Yummy.
